("Maple Vaulthorn", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
1. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize the Service. By engaging with it, you confirm you meet this requirement and possess the legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service is not accessible where local laws prohibit usage.
2. Account Creation
To fully access Service features, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for securing your login details and all actions performed under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
3. Nature & Limitations of Service
Maple Vaulthorn provides AI-driven market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated order placement through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is for information and analysis only.
- Maple Vaulthorn does not hold or manage your funds. Your capital remains in your brokerage or exchange account.
- Our platform connects to your broker via API keys with read and trade authorization only, without withdrawal permissions.
- Past performance of any strategy or signal does not predict future outcomes.
- Trading carries risk including potential loss of invested capital.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the platform Maple Vaulthorn constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals and analyses are informational. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Maple Vaulthorn is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain Service features require a paid subscription. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice. All fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible to pay. Subscriptions are billed upfront monthly or yearly. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of first payment for new subscribers only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service illegally or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or extract platform source code.
- Employ automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written consent.
- Disrupt the integrity or operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or actions breaching financial regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets on the Service are the sole property of Maple Vaulthorn or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to these assets. Using our trademarks or logos requires prior written approval.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Maple Vaulthorn WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR THAT IT IS FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Maple Vaulthorn WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. 11. Termination

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved initially via binding arbitration in 100 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5X 1A9, Canada under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also pursue claims in local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with at least 14 days’ notice via email or platform banner. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
